Built from real property development experience

Morta.com was founded in the UK by a property developer with 20 years of industry experience, more than 200 major projects delivered and over £120 million in assets owned.

That experience exposed a problem affecting developers at every level. One of the world’s largest industries was still being managed through disconnected spreadsheets, generic project tools and fragmented processes. Critical information lived across different systems, commercial decisions took longer than necessary and teams lacked a complete view of their developments.

It was a problem that had to be solved.

Morta took years to develop. Property development expertise was combined with the work of leading engineers to build a platform around the way developers actually operate. Every workflow was approached from a property developer’s perspective, creating specialist software grounded in practical experience rather than a generic solution adapted to imitate it.

Our mission has always been simple: to give property developers software that genuinely understands their work.

Today, Morta supports developments representing more than £1 billion in combined GDV, giving teams greater clarity and control across their operational and commercial workflows. As we continue to grow throughout the UK, the UAE and international markets, that mission remains unchanged.
